PERFORMING MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING

a) Cleaning and lubricating the barrel: Pour pistol oil into the small brush supplied with the pistol, move the brush back and forth inside the barrel several times. Wipe the inside of the barrel dry with the cloth supplied with the pistol and a clean cloth. Repeat this process until the cloth comes out of the barrel clean. Clean the slides with a cloth lubricated with cleaning oil; if necessary, use the brush supplied with the pistol. After lightly oiling the inside and outside of the barrel, run a clean cotton cloth dipped in pistol oil over the barrel from one end to the other and lightly oil the slides.

b) Cleaning and lubricating the cap: Use a cloth dampened with pistol oil to clean the inside of the cap, the guides and the bead seat, paying particular attention to the inside of the cap. If necessary, use the cleaning brush supplied with the pistol. Lightly lubricate the cap with pistol oil.

c) Lubrication of the return spring and bar: Lightly lubricate the spring and spring shaft with pistol oil. If the pistol has not been used for a long period of time, it must first be cleaned with pistol oil and then cleaned with the soft brush supplied with the pistol.
