WARRANTY & SUPPORT

  • The warranty period starts from the date of delivery of the goods and lasts 2 years.
  • The product as a whole including all its parts are covered by the warranty of our company.
  • In the event the product breaks down within the warranty period, the time spent for repair will be added to the warranty period. Repair period of the goods is maximum 20 working days. This period starts from the date of notification of the malfunction of the goods to the service station, or in the absence of a service station, to one of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer of the goods. The failure will be eliminated within 10 working days from the day the product reaches our service station.
  • In the event that the product fails within the warranty period due to defects in materials and workmanship or assembly, the product shall be repaired without any charge under any name, labor cost, replacement part cost or any other name.
  • In case;
    – Provided that it is within the warranty period from the date of delivery of the product within 1 year from the date of delivery, if the same malfunction repeats at least more than 4 times or if the inability to benefit from the product becomes continuous as a result of more than six different malfunctions,
    – If the maximum time required for the repair of the product is exceeded,
    – If the service station of the goods is not available, if it is determined that it is not possible to repair the malfunction with the report to be issued by one of the seller, dealer, agent, representative, importer or manufacturer, respectively, provided that permission is obtained from the official institutions that there is no inconvenience in replacing the product, the replacement process will be carried out free of charge.
  • Due to defects from failure to use the product in compliance with the instructions for use shall are not covered by the warranty
  • During the warranty period, in the periodic maintenance stipulated by the manufacturer and importer, which must be carried out by service stations; no labor or similar fee shall be charged to the consumer for the service provided.
  • For problems that may arise regarding the warranty certificate, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection shall be applied to.
  • The use of this warranty certificate has been authorized by the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Industry and Trade, General Directorate of Consumer and Competition Protection in accordance with the Law No. 4077 and the relevant regulation put into force based on this law.
  • The responsibility of issuing a warranty certificate and giving it to the consumer belongs to the seller, dealer, agency or representative offices where the consumer purchased the goods.
